Affiliate Program Policy

Welcome to the Autoposting.ai Affiliate Program. This Policy outlines the rules, requirements, and procedures governing your participation in our Affiliate Program, including commission structure, payout terms, and measures to prevent and address affiliate fraud.

1. Enrollment & Eligibility

1.1 Application: Affiliates must apply through our portal at https://partners.autoposting.ai/. Approval is at the sole discretion of Autoposting.ai.

1.2 Eligibility Criteria: Applicants must be at least 18 years old, own a valid website or social media channel, and comply with all applicable laws.

1.3 Acceptance: Once approved, you will receive a unique Affiliate ID and tracking link to begin promoting Autoposting.ai.

2. Commission Structure

2.1 Recurring Commission: Affiliates earn a 35% recurring commission on every subscription payment made by referred customers for as long as the customer remains active.

2.2 Qualified Referrals: Commissions are paid only on new, paying customers who subscribe through your Affiliate link. Free trials and internal staff purchases do not qualify.

3. Payout Terms

3.1 Minimum Payout Threshold: Affiliates must accumulate a minimum of $50.00 in earned commissions before a payout is issued.

3.2 Payout Term: We operate on a NET-15 schedule. Commissions for the previous month are calculated at month-end, and payouts are generated 15 days after the end of each month.

3.3 Payout Methods: Payments are sent via Wire Transfer/SWIFT only. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate banking details and covering any related intermediary bank fees.

4. Promotional Guidelines & Branding

4.1 Approved Channels: Affiliates may promote via websites, blogs, email newsletters, social media, and paid ads—provided they comply with our Brand Guidelines.

4.2 Brand Usage: Use only current Autoposting.ai logos, taglines, and trademarks provided in the Affiliate Resource Center. Avoid outdated or unapproved branding.

4.3 Honest Representation: All marketing messages must be truthful, non-deceptive, and disclose your affiliate relationship where required by law.

5. Prohibited Activities & Fraud Prevention

Autoposting.ai takes affiliate fraud seriously. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions:

  1. Cookie Stuffing / Click Hijacking: Automatically dropping cookies without genuine referral clicks.
  2. Self-Referrals: Purchasing or subscribing to Autoposting.ai services using your own referral link, directly or via proxies.
  3. Lead Farms & Synthetic Traffic: Generating fake or bot-driven clicks, sign-ups, or payments.
  4. Trademark Bidding & Unauthorized Keywords: Bidding on Autoposting.ai trademarks or misspellings in paid search campaigns without prior written approval.
  5. Misleading Claims: Presenting false testimonials, unverified performance metrics, or guarantees not supported by Autoposting.ai.
  6. Incentivized Sign-Ups: Offering payments, gifts, or bonuses to drive sign-ups unless explicitly authorized.
  7. Spam & Unsolicited Messaging: Sending unsolicited bulk emails (spam), SMS, or social messages violating CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or similar laws.
  8. Pirated Content & Malware: Distributing unauthorized copies of our software, or any content containing malware or malicious code.
  9. Conversion Hijacking: Intercepting or redirecting traffic intended for other affiliates or our direct channels.
  10. Cookie Manipulation: Altering tracking parameters, extending cookie durations, or otherwise tampering with the tracking mechanism.

Detection & Enforcement: Autoposting.ai reserves the right to audit affiliate activity, employ fraud detection software, and withhold or claw back commissions if fraud is detected.

6. Tracking & Reporting

6.1 Cookie Duration: Standard cookie duration is 30 days from the first click.

6.2 Dashboard Access: Affiliates can monitor clicks, conversions, and commissions in real time via the Affiliate Dashboard.

6.3 Reporting Discrepancies: If you identify discrepancies, notify hello@autoposting.ai within 30 days of the event for review.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

7.1 Suspension: We may temporarily suspend an affiliate’s account for suspected policy violations pending investigation.

7.2 Termination: Accounts found in breach of this Policy will be terminated permanently. All pending and future commissions will be void.

7.3 Reinstatement: Reinstatement is at our sole discretion and may require proof of corrective action and compliance.

8. Modification of Terms

Autoposting.ai may update this Policy at any time by posting a revised version on our website. Continued participation signifies acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
